Windows 7

I was using the RC1 for a couple of months on an old PC and found it a joy to work with. It had no problems installing any of my peripheral devices which included an old Epsom scanner as well as an OKI B4100 laser printer and a Brother MFC6490. It saw my networked MyWorldBook external drive and my USB attached Seagate drive.

I was so impressed with it that I purchased the full product and installed it on my main PC(running Vista) as soon as it arrived. I have not been disappointed, nothing appears to have changed since the RC. It boots so much quicker and the installation process only took 30minutes. If you are having trouble with Vista I would highly recommend that you upgrade today.

Well done Microsoft; not often I have said that in the last 20 years.
